An airframe is only as good as the electronics flying it. We design both in-house — a rugged delta-wing platform and the custom ESP32 flight controller that flies it — so neither has to compromise for the other.
The Tensorflux Delta Wing

Our flagship hardware is a rugged, highly stable flying delta wing. Constructed from lightweight, 5mm layered cardboard and foam board, and controlled via precision elevons, this airframe is designed for maximum durability and rapid manufacturing.
Why the step matters
The wing utilizes a modified KFm-1 stepped airfoil, achieved by layering two 5mm sheets on the top surface. This backward-facing step traps a vortex of air that cushions the flow, providing immense stability and stall resistance — without the need for complex, fragile aerodynamic curves.
This platform is currently under active prototyping and will be available for commercial purchase upon completion.
